Hi. I'm Eryn Donnalley, MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and self-professed mandala geek. I've been working with mandalas for over 11 years now and I can't seem to stay away from them! I found myself feeling anxious recently, with all the chaos of the world, and asked myself what would help. The answer immediately came, mandalas.

Mandalas are an incredible tool for personal development in the therapeutic, spiritual and creative expression sense. There are so many ways to work with mandalas... don't get me started! LOL

In this course, we'll focus on reducing anxiety and immersing into the drawing process itself with no judgment of artistic outcome. The entire goal is to calm our mind, body and spirit. It's the ultimate in self care. Start working with mandalas today!

I didn't know where to start at first but the process emerged, one movement after the other and I allowed it to flow without judgment. Once I released my need for perfection I felt so peaceful and relaxed. I found a place of freedom inside myself. I have to remember that I can access that freedom anytime through this process. Highly recommend.

Drawing mandalas was really like an anchor for my body so my mind could settle. With sitting meditation it's hard to get settled and still. This is also a valid way to process information, what's going on emotionally and spiritually. It's another doorway to the self/Self. I've been a daily meditator for 25 years and it's still hard - this was definitely a more enjoyable way of meditating.

Drawing mandalas should be part of some therapy or something. It’s so powerful, you’re not only internalizing, whatever is happening like in a meditation, but you’re expressing that outside yourself, so it has different meaning. It gives shape and form to what's going on inside. In the end, I was at peace.
